Liisa and Kyle delve into Infinities New Hope, the what if comics of Star Wars where the story is completely different from everything we know. The Death Star was not blown up by Luke and the Empire successfully destroys every rebel, even capturing Leia where she becomes a forced apprentice to Darth Vader. Luke meanwhile thanks to Han goes to Dagobah and spends the next five years training under Yoda before discovering Leia, the hope of the rebellion was still alive.

INFINITES NEW HOPE
Legends Library hosts Liisa and Kyle welcome on guests from the Legends Con team - Katherine and Corinthia, to go into depth of the great Women of Star Wars Legends authors and characters to celebrate what is Galactic Women's Day. We discuss more updates and guest announcements for the Legends Con like Randy Stradley, that is coming this September 9th and 10th 2023 in Burbank CA.

GALACTIC WOMEN OF LEGENDS DAY
The team happily goes into The Tenebrous Way by Matthew Stover, a short story that featured in Star Wars Insider 130. Darth Tenebrous, a Bith also known as Rugess Nome, with his apprentice Plagueis in 67 BBY go to the world Bal'demnic to investigate a lode of cortosis ore, but meets his namesake, darkness. These events took place also in the book Plagueis by James Luceno.
